balcony overlooking private pool and hills beyond.
The ground floor is set just below pool level, with large windows
offering views to the terrace area and gardens. It comprises of a play
room with snooker table, gym equipment, washing machine, twin bedroom
and bathroom.
Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
comfortable sofas, DVD Player, TV and Free Wi-Fi.
Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

We had a wonderful stay at River View; the tranquillity of the villas location and the views from the balcony were unmatched. We appreciated Athinas hospitality on our arrival and also in bringing us some flaunes to try.

Best holiday ever! Villa River view was everything promised and more, it was immaculately clean and the lovely owner Athina was available to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils but nothing else so we had to buy everything even salt and pepper. The barbeque was amazing and eating outside on the balcony was wonderful. The location was so peaceful with no neighbors and the pool was cleaned regularly. The nearest well stocked local shop is 5 minutes away and the beaches and big supermarket about a 15 minute drive. Plenty to do by car, beaches and restaurants very reasonable.
We thoroughly enjoyed are time and hope to return.

Had a lovely time at River View. The views are spectacular with peace and quiet. We had plenty to do with lots of walks and barbecue evenings as the sun was setting. Our host, Athina, was attentive and even left us some fruit and wine for our arrival.
Excellent holiday. Would fully recommend.
We hope to be back some day.
