BEACHFRONT CONDO on the gulf. This waterfront condo is located directly on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. Along with beautiful beach views, another advantage of a stay at Aquavista is there are only two eight-story towers, allowing for a less crowded beach.
On-site amenities include beachfront swimming pool, hot tub, an elevated sundeck, and optional Beach Service. Each tower has two elevators. Direct private beach access is only steps away. Exercise facilities are not open for guest use. However, there are a number of local gyms nearby that cater to vacationers.
Winn-Dixie, CVS and many restaurants located right across the street. You are also only a short trip to the famous City Pier and Pier Park for shopping and entertainment, featuring over 100 stores and restaurants. During your stay, be sure to take a relaxing walk through our Conservation Park. Only one mile away off of Hwy 98. Frank Brown Park is within a mile as well and has a splash park for the kids, water slides, green spaces, grills, pavilions, and a shaded playground. There are a number of grocery delivery and pick up services available. Ask us for assistance or recommendations.

No charge for the first vehicle. Additional fee applies to 2nd vehicle.
*This resort requires the PRIMARY RENTER to be at least 25 years of age.
*All amenities and activities are subject to seasonal operation and may require additional fees.
*Prices subject to change based on availability and may vary for holidays and special events.
**Please NOTE there will be a $500.00 Spring Break deposit and a variable check-in process provided with pre-arrival instructions for those reservations taking place between 03/07-04/15. This amount is not considered as part of your total, but due prior to arrival. This amount will be refunded once unit has been cleared of any damage.
**A Pack-N-Play (not a crib) and/or High Chair can be placed within your property as long as advised at least 48-hours prior to arrival and based on payment of a rental fee (Pack-N-Play $20.00, High Chair- $15.00).

The condo was clean, pretty, had everything we needed. Great location and more peaceful being a smaller condo complex. My ONLY complaint is the condo stayed nice and cool except for the bedrooms. They were always several degrees warmer no matter what and I am just uncomfortable sleeping in a stuffy room. If that could be fixed somehow it would be perfect!

The property as a whole could use a little remodel it’s a little outdated, but the condo itself is absolutely beautiful and everything we wanted. It’s decorated so cute and felt very spacious. I would book this stay again and recommend it to all my friends and family. The check in and check out process was so easy. The access to the beach was perfect.
