FREE VIP beach setup daily. Two loungers and an umbrella waiting on the sand every morning from 9 AM to 5 PM, March 15 through October 31. No hauling, no waiting, no extra charge.

FREE grocery concierge. Send your list to Coastal Vibes Concierge before you arrive and your fridge is stocked when you walk in. You only pay for the groceries.

**The Condo**

The primary suite has a king bed, private balcony access, en-suite bath, walk-in closet, and USB/USB-C charging at each nightstand.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with shiplap accents and USB/USB-C charging at each nightstand.

The custom bunk room has two full beds and a twin, built-in power nooks, USB charging, and shiplap walls. Kids love it. Adults do too.

Every bedroom has a 55-inch Smart TV with streaming and Dish Satellite.

**Kitchen and extras:**

Fully equipped kitchen. Brand new LG stackable washer and dryer in-unit. High-speed WiFi. Ironing board and hair dryers included. Coffee bar stocked and ready your first morning.

Traveling with a little one? Pack 'n Play, booster seat, and kid-safe dishes are ready to go.

**The building:**

84 units across 7 floors. Low density means no crowded elevators, no packed beach, no fighting for pool space. Shared pool, hot tub, and beach volleyball court on site. Five minutes to Pier Park, 10 to Rosemary Beach and 30A, 15 to the airport.


**Parking:**

Your first vehicle parks free. Register at aquavistapcb.org and print your pass before you arrive. No pass, no parking, the HOA enforces it. Second vehicles can be registered through the same site. One vehicle only onsite July 1 through July 10, plan ahead if that's your window.

**Good to know:**

Check-in 3 PM, checkout 11 AM. Three-night minimum. No pets. Primary guest must be 25 or older. Quiet hours 11 PM to 8 AM. No smoking inside, designated areas available in the parking garage.
