Fresh fish market, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and several others in short walking distance.
You can see the pier at Pier Park from the deck off the back of the unit, great views, fishing, as well as fireworks displays several times a year.

This place is amazing! Literally steps to the beach with amazing views of the ocean and the sunsets are gorgeous!!! The townhome has all the essentials you need! Our family loves this location due to it being quiet. This is our second time staying at this townhome and planning to go back in October.

Ok I am going to try to hit the important points. First, the customer service is great! The property manager was very communicative and informative. I didn't have to ask for any info before we checked in. We had a door code issue and it was handled in under 3 minutes. The view is amazing!! The views are from the living room/kitchen and one of the upstairs bedrooms. It's beautiful! The walk to the beach is literally minutes away. It's private access to the beach right off the lower deck. The upper deck right off the living room is covered and has curtains for privacy. The curtains for privacy was an awesome touch! The location of the town homes is perfect! You're right in the middle of everything. There is a great convenient store steps across the street. There are several eating places within walking distance. Pier Park is less than a mile away which puts everything within a 5 minute drive. Target and Walmart are within that drive. Pulling out of and into the complex is easy! There are condos (not a super big one) pretty close so on the beachside you can hear the live band/dj when they have them. On the beachside you can also hear neighbors if they are loud on their decks. The pictures are not updated. The townhome could use a little renovation but it was clean, normal wear and tear.The view, distance from beach and distance from everything in the area made it worth it! The view you see in the listing is even better in person. We pretty much stayed on the deck all day.

Host was absolutely amazing! Awesome communication! Property was stunning! Beds were so comfy cozy and had a million dollar view from the balcony! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

About the listing in gener: Overall, this property is a very good option when visiting Panama City with your family.
The listing is very accurate when it comes to the rental decor and views.
*Cleanliness: The only concern regarding cleanliness was a stron weird smell in the main level guest room (musty smell, dirty socks smell), my guest cleaned the floors and bed sheets were washed during our stay and the smell didn't go away, people in that room had a hard time trying to sleep there. As an other note the front side of the condo is dirty, dust and sand as you get to the main door and the main storm door is super noisy when opened/closed. As you go to the back porch and stairs to the beach you will notice a lot of abandoned broken plastic chairs, inflatables, and stuff under the deck. Other sections of the home were clean and confortable inside.
*Communication: I asked several times for the property access code by messaging the manager and he didn't respnded back until few hours before check in after directly calling. This added some stress and uncertainty while in our way there, couldn't imagine arriving to the property and having to wait for acess or not receiving one. Overall I think that can be easily improved.
The great access to the beach and the overall condo conditions made us to enjoy our stay even with the few issues mentioned above.
