Welcome to our luxurious waterfront townhome on the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida! You can park at the front door of this two-story unit and walk straight through to the beach. From the beachfront back deck, take the stairs down to the white sandy beach. Overlook the Gulf and watch the gorgeous sunsets from the hot tub on the back deck or from the upstairs balcony. You may also sit inside in the air conditioning and watch the waves and sunset from the big open windows upstairs and downstairs in this unit.
Inside, you will find a beautifully appointed living space with modern amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a cozy sofa bed, and two ensuite primary bedrooms with king beds in each. Wireless internet is available throughout, and large smart TVs are in the living room and in both bedrooms.
A grocery store, liquor store, and drug store are located immediately across Front Beach Road. In addition, numerous bars and restaurants are within a short walking distance from the home. The City Pier and Pier Park are one mile away and can be reached with a pleasant walk right on the beach or down Front Beach Road.
Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this family-friendly townhome provides easy access to the beach and waterfront activities. We loved the location and the inside of the house. We didn't have air conditioning upon arrival on a Sunday but they had someone there within a few hours!: vacasa was hard to get in touch with at first, due to it not being local but they were responsive to any problems we had (the next door neighbors live there and have a dog that was pooping on our deck and shared walkway without picking it up). Overall it was a wonderful place with convenience of location!

We loved this house, it was perfect for us! Bungalow is right on the beach which wasn't too busy. Super stocked kitchen! Very clean and comfortable beds and furniture! Would come back for sure!

We were evacuated from Captiva Island and found this house at the last minute. The house was immaculate upon checking in. It was a great location within walking distance to groceries and a short drive to the pier. There was a bit of a hiccup with the welcome email not including the key code, but Vacasa worked to resolve that quickly and we had no other issues for the rest of our stay. It is a perfect location for a small group. Thank you for hosting us!!!
