Love the location. Away from the crowded Pier Park area but close enough to get there easily. Winn Dixie and CVS and three great restaurants within walking distance. Beach beautiful a den walk right there. Love the fact that chairs and umbrellas can be rented so you don’t have to lug everything to the beach. Affordable as well!

Absolutely loved our week at the beach. The condo is very comfortable with nearly everything you will need for the week. The bed in the master bedroom is firm. My wife had issues getting a good nights sleep but she prefers a soft mattress. Loved the balcony spending time there when we were not at the beach relaxing on the furniture and listening to the beach. Have spent many years in several different condos at Aqua Vista and will continue to come back for family vacations.

The condo public areas had been nicely renovated, new windows and sliders were great except for the death trap threshold sticking up 4 inches to trip you going in and out. We Managed to avoid injury by covering this with a hand towel to draw attention to it.
No one warned us about the renovation next door. The noise was horrendous! Also, no one warned us that the second bedroom and bathroom was so tiny! You could not sit on commode with out bumping elbows and hips.
Weather was awesome! Water was clear and beautiful! We elderly people needed a lunchtime nap, but renovations next door prevented our quiet enjoyment of our rental!
