Batiki West #301 is a remarkable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, open-concept corner unit condo that overlooks the beautiful Matanzas Pass on the bay side and the Gulf of Mexico on the beach side! This 3rd-level condo is located on the much-desired north end of the island on Estero Blvd. at Carolina Avenue. The tiled floors throughout the unit pave the way to countless updated features and a relaxing coastal vibe including all new furnishings and fixtures, 3 smart TVs (75” in the living area!), complimentary WiFi, and for those who need to work while away, an adjustable standing desk with 17” monitor and keyboard/mouse. The unit has every amenity needed for an extended stay including a fully equipped kitchen, linens, and beach towels, chairs, wagon and umbrella! The primary bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king-size bed with a luxury PranaSleep mattress, canal view and private bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a full bed, and the living area is furnished with an oversized sectional with inner coil spring cushions suitable for sleeping, all allowing this unit to accommodate up to 6 people. This condo also includes elevator access, stainless kitchen appliances including a two-drawer dishwasher, granite countertops, an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as one covered dedicated parking space within the gated/secure grounds to ensure a hassle-free stay! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the heated pool, or just steps from the front door, you will find a 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach! With just a short walk, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square and Margaritaville as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport are all within a 20-40 minute drive.

We stayed three months in this condo, and it provided everything we hoped for plus more. The unit is in a very well maintained and managed condo building. The owners and other renters were friendly, caring, and helpful people. We made some friends that we will stay in contact with. The furnishing and decor were beautiful, the view of the canal and the beach were amazing, and the kitchen was well stocked. We also had plenty of room to store what we brought along. The pool is a lovely place to swim, sun and socialize. The location is a bonus - FMB is a busy place right now, and traffic can back up coming from the south. This location is close enough to the exit bridge, that traffic was never an issue for us, and it is a short walk to Times Square for shopping or dining. We enjoyed the quietness of facing the canal and being right across the street from the beach. Lastly, the property owner was an amazing host- we couldn't have asked of anything else from her. She personally showed us around and stayed in touch for anything we might need. We highly recommend her and her property.
