Welcome to Good Times Lower, your unique place in paradise! This property is located north-island with the beach access just steps across Estero Boulevard. A quiet relaxing location for that desired getaway, yet just a short walk along the beach is a kiosk for jet-ski rentals, parasailing rides, and even dolphin tours along a 7-mile stretch of white, sugary sand beach.
Super convenient to the restaurants near the north bridge. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life.
The property has a fantastic ambient evening lighting that leads to the property entrance. The nicely furnished living area has comfy sofa, and TV's with streaming. Dining area finds a dining table and a well equipped kitchen. Everything is available that you would need to cook daily dinners, or simply make a pot of coffee in the morning.
There one beautifully decorated bedroom hosting a king size bed, closet, and plenty of dresser space! The living room offers a Queen sleep sofa to accommodate up to 4 total guests!
The unit has a private washer and dryer. There's a propane grill that is shared. All lower levels have evening ambient lighting and privacy lattice work surrounds this area. You'll also find parking space accommodating 1-2 vehicles.
There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.
Dogs restricted to 25 pounds or less, certain breeds restricted, and additional fees apply. Pets restricted to dogs only, no other pets allowed and penalties enforced. Excess cleaning charges may apply.

Location was great, accommodations were comfortable, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square but close enough to walk to all the restaurants and nightlife. Would recommend to anyone spending time in FMB.

This place was perfect for my husband and I. We had plenty of space, it was close to the beach, and it was an easy/laid back vibe.
