Enjoy staying in the heart of Vauxhall, London with this spacious 4-bedroom house spread across the ground and 1st floors of a secure residential building — NO LIFT. Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.
The Space:
Welcome to this spacious 95 m² 4-bedroom house on the ground and 1st floors of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Ebbisham Drive in the heart of Vauxhall. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, Bedroom 4: 1 double bed. The flat has a full en-suite bathroom in Bedroom 1, a second full bathroom accessible via the hallway, plus a separate WC on the ground floor. The en-suite has a shower/bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private patio — smoking is not allowed on the patio.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has individual radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 8 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment and the patio are non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

Vauxhall sits on the South Bank of the Thames, just south of Westminster, and has a lively, well-connected character. Vauxhall station provides Victoria line services and fast rail connections across London, and Battersea Power Station — recently transformed into a retail and dining destination — is within easy reach. Lambeth Bridge and the riverside path give pleasant walks towards Westminster and beyond.

Great location, well kept property, and amazing promptness to resolve issues. Getting the keys and going to the property was easy and efficient. Quiet neighborhood and close to markets, public transportation and dining. I absolutely recommend this place for your next stay.

The property was nice and close to site seeing locations. We noticed water leaking onto the downstairs floor from the upstairs bathroom on our second day. We were told not to use the upstairs toilet and they would send an engineer. They caulked the main bathtub and the upstairs toilet still never flushed properly. The leaking water improved but did not totally stop. The last two days of our vacation we had no warm or hot water whatsoever. We wrote to management and they asked us to send pictures of the broiler that was behind a locked cabinet and they never sent us the code to the lock until after we had to check out! We called for help and never got a response. We could not shower at all the last two days of our vacation. We asked for a partial refund for bot having hot water and the management company refused. I am still open to them making this right with us.
