Surrounded by a beautiful tropical paradise, you can relax in the sparkling blue waters of the 133,000-gallon zero-entry pool or take advantage of the shade cast by the poolside Gazebo while children play in the bubbling fountains. The smaller circular pool is heated seasonally, and the 13-person hot tub is heated year-round to soak away your worries. Take a short walk over the dune crossovers and feel the 500 feet of private, sugar-white sand between your toes. Seasonal beach chair service (March – October) is available – so you can relax and unwind while the Gulf laps at your toes. Cross overs are equipped with card readers allowing easy access and securing the property. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

1. 7-night minimum reservation required (Saturday to Saturday during summer months).
2. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
3. No Smoking or Vaping in condo, balcony, common areas, community grounds or beach. There is a designated smoking area near the West Tower parking lot.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Condo was clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds except for the couple that had to sleep on bunk beds! Understand they weren’t the most comfortable bed for them!! View from balcony was great. We had a most enjoyable trip and add our thanks for the enjoyable place to “park our bodies”!! Thank you for your hospitality!The only complaint (if such) was no handicapped spaces available and there were no carts available at night. Or until people loaded their cars and released carts, making it very difficult for us to get loaded by the 10:00AM departure time. We were sorely pushed to do so. Other than that we had a great time!! Thank you all!!

The closet door was off the track, the garage can lid was not connected to the can, the ice maker was stopped up, the patio needed to be mopped, the kitchen floor had sand on it. My husband fixed the closet door, ice maker, the garbage can. Indigo is a great place to stay maybe just not 1701E. Also the bunk beds were not that great.

This place was fine. I’ve stayed in a lot of rental properties and this one felt like a true basic rental property from someone that probably owns a ton of them. I just expected a little more for the cost and location. The patio furniture is really cheap, a lot of the furniture doesn’t fit its space, and the entire condo needs a deep cleaning. The curtains in 3 of the bedrooms are barely the size of the windows so it’s a little difficult to cover them. In the kitchen, the pans are non-stick and the coating is chipping off on almost all of them. The dishwasher is pretty dirty and smells. The ice machine works but doesn't dispense through the door. There are no seasonings or anything of the sort left in the condo, so be prepared to buy everything you need. Also, there are grills to use but keep in mind they are charcoal and the unit doesn’t have any grilling utensils. There are bunk beds but the ladders aren’t installed properly so it’s a little difficult to get down from the top bunks. Communication from the management company was stellar and the property is really nice. The pools are great, the common areas are very well maintained, and the staff is nice. They also have lots of carts to use to get your luggage, stuff, and groceries up to your unit. Again, it was fine and I don’t regret staying here but I probably wouldn't stay there again.
