Experience this stunning and luxurious 14th floor home with water views from every window! It is a fabulous CORNER unit with 3 bedrooms, plus a bonus den, 3.5 baths and a den situated on the the pristine white sand beaches of Perdido Key. The Indigo Resort is one of the newest and most desired vacation destination on Perdido Key. Voted to have some of the most beautiful beaches by Conde Nast Traveler. This amazing Indigo Resort condominium is beautifully decorated and has been fastidiously maintained by discriminating private owners. Having a CORNER unit means that there are an extra seven windows in the living room, dining, kitchen, den and bedroom that allow natural light to pour in and add to the open feel of the large living areas and afford wonderful and unbelievable sunshine-filled views of Perdido Key that interior units cannot provide.
The unit comfortably accommodates 8-10 guests. Escape to the Master bedroom featuring a huge picture window with a panoramic view of the gulf and an enormous walk-in closet. The Master bath highlights an oversized jetted garden tub, a separate glass and travertine tiled shower, double vanities and travertine floors. A second master offers an additional king bed and bath, a third bedroom has two double (full) beds also with it's own bath and a sofa in the den that transforms into a queen bed.
The unit has a spacious living room offering both comfort and style, a huge 65 inch flat-screen TV (5 flat screens in all), floor-to-ceiling windows and beachfront balcony with table and chairs and a chaise lounge. You can enjoy your morning coffee, savor your favorite cocktail and even enjoy dinner al fresco while delighting in the tranquil sounds of the surf! The dining room table can easily seat 8 plus. You will also have the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer in your unit, free wireless internet and a trash chute right outside your door. This beautifully decorated, spacious condo has all the amenities needed for a great vacation! The beds are comfy, kitchen well equipped and resort style pools spectacular! Our family of 7, ages 9 to 83, had such a wonderful time and will look forward to returning to Anne and Jack's condo for years to come! come!ofthbesteverepspectacular

Our stay was perfect! Condo was exactly as presented and Anne (owner) was so easy to work with and so helpful and available to answer questions. We will definitely want to stay in one of Anne’s condos again!
