The Space:

This corner-unit condo at Perdido Sun offers three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and Gulf views from both the living area and beachfront balcony. The layout is designed to make the most of natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the shoreline and create an open, airy feel throughout the space.



The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together for easy gathering. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and includes upgraded finishes, ample counter space, and room to prepare meals for the group. Guests have full access to the condo and Perdido Sun’s shared building amenities. Beach access is available directly from the property. Common areas, elevators, and amenities are shared with other guests and residents of the building.



The Neighborhood:

Great location on the beach in Pensacola. There are shops across the street and some great restaurants as well.



Getting Around:

Parking has always been very accomodating. We haven't ever had a shortage of parking.



Other Things to Note:

This condo is located within a multi-story building and requires elevator access. Guests should be comfortable using shared building facilities.



Building rules and HOA guidelines apply throughout the stay and will be provided prior to arrival.



Internet service is provided as a convenience and is suitable for general streaming and work use; performance may vary based on usage and service conditions.
