Things to know
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Suitable for children (2-12 years).
• Suitable for infants (under 2 years).
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

Great west-facing ocean-front view. Condo was very clean and beds were firm but comfortable. Loved having the reserved, covered parking space. Main bedroom door and bathroom door need to be shaved down for better and quieter closing. The noise was aggravating for sleeping young kids, and the doors weren’t easy to open and close. Could use some updates in some areas, but it was fine. Hosteeva was very responsive.
