The apartment is located within a courtyard on the ground floor and opens onto the living area, an open space on the top floor of a building with an elevator. It opens onto a living room with a double sofa bed and TV, adjacent to a kitchen fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation and a dining table. On a mezzanine, the sleeping area is divided into two spaces: the first furnished with a double bed and desk, and the second with a double futon mattress. There is also a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning, and heat pump heating are all at guests' full disposal.
