Karlshagen - Anna & Albert (outside) - Karlshagen, Hafenquartier

This combination consists of the two vacation apartments, Anna and Albert, which are the two outer units of our building. 

Highlight of the Anna apartment: At 58 m², it is the largest of the apartments, and the two bedrooms on the upper floor are quite spacious. The master bedroom features a built-in crib.
Highlight of the Albert vacation rental: Due to the building’s layout, it is the only unit with two terraces. One terrace faces southeast. The other faces southwest, so you can enjoy the evening sun in a rustic seating area.

There are 2 parking spaces available for use (one space per apartment).

The Anna vacation rental is 58 square meters, and Albert is 55 square meters. Together, the two units can accommodate 8 people plus 2 small children up to 3 years old.

Each unit spans 2 floors. On the first floor of each unit, you’ll find the living area with a fully equipped open kitchen and access to a 15-square-meter terrace with a grill.
The living area is equipped with a dining table, a sleeper sofa, and an LED TV with satellite reception.
Kitchen amenities: microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.
The bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, and heated floors, is also located on the first floor.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor of each unit. In the Anna vacation rental, there is also a fixed crib in the master bedroom.

Bedding, Wi-Fi, and parking are included in the price.
A towel package (one bath towel and one small hand towel per person) can be booked for an additional fee.
A travel crib and high chair can be booked free of charge



Karlshagen on Usedom: Once you pass the town sign and unpack your bags: Your vacation begins! Our “Hafenquartier” vacation home is located on a quiet side street near the Karlshagen harbor.

The house consists of 4 separate living units, all equipped with the same amenities. Each apartment spans 2 floors and has 2 bedrooms. The “Anna” apartment measures 58 square meters; the other 3 apartments are 55 square meters each. All 4 apartments are ideal for 4 people plus 1 toddler up to 3 years old.

Our vacation apartments can be booked individually or as a set of 2 apartments, and it is also possible to book the entire property. The two middle units—Anita and Günter—can be directly connected via a door.

Bicycles you bring with you can be parked and locked securely in the bike shed. Each apartment has at least one parking space available in the courtyard. If you’re arriving with multiple vehicles, there’s plenty of space. Leave your car behind! Parking in and around Karlshagen is subject to a fee.

You can borrow books from our book box, or feel free to exchange the vacation reading you’ve finished.

Upon arrival, you’ll find the following basic amenities in every apartment: a shower mat, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dish towel, a sponge or dishcloth, 3 dishwasher tablets, and dish soap. You can add a towel package for an additional fee; it includes one large bath towel and one small hand towel. 



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
