Karlshagen - Günter & Anita - Karlshagen, Hafenquartier

This combination consists of the two vacation apartments, Günter and Anita, which are the two middle units in our house. They can be directly connected via a door. 



Highlight of the Günter apartment: It is the second apartment in our townhouse. In terms of functionality, it is equipped identically to Anita. With a living area of 55 m², there is plenty of space for a longer vacation.
Highlight of the Anita apartment: It is our third apartment. You enter the living area through the hallway. On the right side of the room is the dining area with an open kitchenette. Once again, the beautiful terrace is a highlight here.

There are 2 parking spaces available for use (1 space per apartment).

Extended Family Unit 2, consisting of the two middle units, Anita & Günter
Together, these two units measure 110 m² and are suitable for 8 people plus 2 toddlers up to 3 years old.
Anita & Günter can be directly connected via a door, making them ideal for an extended family.

Each unit spans two floors. In each unit, the first floor features a living area with a fully equipped open kitchen and access to a 15 m² terrace with barbecue facilities.
The living area is furnished with a dining table, a sleeper sofa, and an LED TV with satellite reception.
Kitchen amenities: microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.
The bathroom with shower and toilet is also located on the first floor. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor of each unit. In the Anna vacation rental, there is also a fixed crib in the master bedroom.

Bed linens, Wi-Fi, and two parking spaces are included in the price.
A towel package (1 bath towel and 1 small towel per person) can be booked for an additional fee.
A travel crib and high chair can be booked free of charge.



Karlshagen on Usedom: Once you pass the town sign and unpack your bags, your vacation begins! Our “Hafenquartier” vacation home is located on a quiet side street near the Karlshagen harbor.

The building consists of 4 separate units, all equipped with the same amenities. Each unit spans 2 floors and has 2 bedrooms. The “Anna” unit measures 58 square meters; the other 3 units measure 55 square meters. All 4 apartments are ideal for 4 people plus 1 toddler up to 3 years old.

Our vacation apartments can be booked individually or as a set of 2 apartments, and it’s also possible to book the entire property. The two middle units—the “Anita” and “Günter” vacation apartments—can be directly connected via a door.

Bicycles you bring with you can be parked and locked securely in the bike shed. Each apartment has at least one parking space available in the courtyard. If you’re arriving with multiple vehicles, there’s plenty of space available. Leave your car behind! Parking in and around Karlshagen is subject to a fee.

You can borrow books from our book box, or feel free to swap out the vacation reading you’ve already finished.

Upon arrival, you’ll find the following basic supplies in every apartment: a shower mat, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dish towel, a sponge or dishcloth, 3 dishwasher tablets, and dish soap. You can add a towel package for an additional fee; it includes one large bath towel and one small hand towel.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
