Die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Zu jeder FeWo gehörte ein abschließbarer "Schuppen"; z.B. für Räder. Wir hatten einen Rollstuhlfahrer dabei. Für ihn war ausreichend Platz.
Nachfolgendes ist keine Kritik, sondern eine Anregung: Das Haus wurde in der Nacht sehr schön beleuchtet. Wer allerdings mit offenen Rollläden schläft, der sollte das Licht ignorieren können. Ansonsten eventuell über eine Abschaltung gegen Mitternacht nachdenken. Einziger Mangel: hinter dem Strandkorb auf dem Balkon könnte mal geputzt werden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig und bietet sogar eine Sauna und eine infrarotlicht Sauna. Es gibt zwei große Bäder mit Toiletten und eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Wir haben es sehr genossen, hier abends zusammen zu kochen und Pizza zu backen. Draußen gibt es noch einen kleinen Spielplatz und einen Grill.
