About this house rental
This 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has 2300 square feet of living space and accommodates up to 12 people. A large covered porch welcomes you into the kitchen and dining area. The living room with cathedral ceiling overlooks gorgeous Sturgeon Bay in Lake Huron, and the partially covered deck is perfect for relaxing, grilling and sunset viewing.
Located on the North side of the island off of M-134 between the ferry and the four corners, this home is great for boating and is close to shopping, dining and entertainment.
Little Bear Lodge is beautifully furnished. The living room has a stone wood-burning fireplace with built-in padded benches on each side where you can relax with a book. At the top of the stairs, there is a spacious lounge area that overlooks the living room and has a flat-screen TV.
A dock, a canoe and two paddles are included with the home. (Use at your own risk.) The dock is for fishing or launching the canoe (no boats, please).

Second Floor:

This home rents by the week only during the months of July and August (Sunday-Sunday).
The garage is not included. The number of vehicles and trailers at the home can not exceed the driveway/allowed parking spaces. Additional vehicles and/or trailers can be parked at Northern Properties with permission. The Drummond Island Tourism Association at the four corners also allows overnight parking.
Side by Sides and ATVs are not permitted to be operated on M-134/Channel Rd. All SxSs and ATVs must remain on trailers at all times in this area.

Little Bear Lodge was perfect for our family birthday celebration. Plenty of space for everyone, with wonderful outdoor space. Kitchen set-up worked great for our group. We'll definitely book it again in the future!
