Beach House is a 6-story condominium complex located directly on Miramar Beach. With 650 feet of private beachfront, it's an ideal getaway for families or couples. The large pool is seasonally heated, and a kiddie pool will delight the toddlers in your group. Adults will enjoy relaxing in the Gulf Front gazebo with picnic tables and beach service. The active members of your group might enjoy a trek along the bike path. There's something for everyone at Beach House!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

A great place, very convenient. Unit was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. Nice view of the pool and the beach from the patio. Staff was very nice and helpful. We did leave a car at the RV place down the street but be aware it's down the street about a quarter-mile. An easy walk but still a walk. Guard was very accommodating when we needed to bring it in for packing or loading people.

Beach was beautiful. Excellent location. Facility was super nice and convenient. Who needs Hawaii when you have Destin.
