Welcome to the Powell House! Located in Labadie, a cozy suburb of St. Louis, you can kick back and relax in this calm & stylish space. Only 3 miles / 5 minutes from Purina Farms, where you can take in all the amazing dog shows! The home is doggy friendly with a fully enclosed wrap around porch & fully fenced back yard. Close to downtown Washington & Augusta wineries, Six Flags, Hidden Valley, Shaw Nature Reserve & more!
Located in the heart of downtown Labadie, this house has been fitted with everything you'll need to make you feel right at home. Cook a meal in the kitchen or on the bbq grill. Don't feel like cooking? You can walk right across the road for lunch or dinner at the fabulous Hawthorne Inn. Point Labadie Brewery nearby is also great for fresh beer on tap, indoor/outdoor dining, live music & dog friendly! If you feel like staying in, relax in the living room which includes a smart Roku tv equipped with cable, netflix, hulu, etc.
The main floor has one bedroom that includes a queen bed and large closet. There is also a full bathroom with tub & shower on the main floor. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with walk in closets and a full bathroom. The washer & dryer is located in the basement, along with a ping pong table for gaming. Out back there is a fully fenced back yard - perfect for games, pets, grilling, or just hanging out!

Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, very comfortable.Especially liked the wrap-around porch and gate system for keeping dogs and kids safe. Highly recommend this property.

My parents, brother, and myself needed a place to stay to attend the funeral for my aunt. The location was wonderful. It was quiet - we hardly saw a neighbor. The house was clean and secure. We each had our own bedroom at the same price a single hotel room would have cost! I would select this rental again if we are ever back in that part of the country! Thank you for making a difficult time a little easier.
