Soak in the charm of this cozy brick charmer in downtown WashMO! The home is ready for you to unwind and relax. The Rand House has been completely updated to make you feel right at home. Relax in the living room which includes a smart tv equipped with cable, netflix, hulu, etc. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to cook a meal. You can enjoy it in the dining room or at the outdoor patio table. The master bedroom is on the main floor and includes a new queen bed as well as a trundle day bed that can be pulled out to include two twin beds. There is a full bathroom with tub & shower on the main floor. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with comfy queen beds. The upstairs bathroom has been completely remodeled with tile shower & new vanity. Out back there is a fully fenced back yard - perfect for games, pets, grilling, or just hanging out! The home is on a quiet street, just a few minutes from the riverfront, walking distance to all downtown shops & restaurants, and a quick drive or shuttle trip to Augusta wine country. My friend and I stayed here for the ESSFTA National and it was great. I wish I was around more to enjoy the charming home (: yard was secure, home was clean and comfy. Plenty of room. Street or alley parking but that was fine for us. Would stay there again!
