The house was great for our family with 2 teens and 2 dogs. Rooms are a little small, but the basement and outdoor area give plenty of space to spread out. Also appreciated having TVs in all the bedrooms.

House was very clean and supplied. There were no kitchen towels and bathrooms could use more towel racks or hooks. Did not receive my departure instructions until too late.

Overall, the stay was fine and conveniently located near the wedding reception venue. For the fees charged, I did expect more...The cleaning person was still there when we arrived... she took about 1hour to finish bedrooms and some last-minute cleaning. The outside trash can was over-filled when we arrived... and we only added more to it. The floors were not clean. There were not enough towels and blankets. More had to be purchased and dropped off at the Vrbo house. Several of the wash cloths and towels provided had stains on them. The silverware was mostly unclean and required a trip through the dishwasher. Several plates and a couple of the coffee cups were cracked and chipped. Again... expected more for the fees charged. Location was good. Kitchen was good. Appliances were fairly new. Coffee and snacks were provided. We had to schedule around having only one shower in the house. Overall, adequate property... good communications... poor property management.
