About this house rental
Clinging to the forest of bouc bel air with a completely unobstructed view of the king's pestle, come and enjoy this new villa which has been our main residence for two years.
We rent it out only during our absence. Part of our belongings will be stored in the garage.
Ideal for 2 families with 3 children (possibility of an extra baby) or for 3 couples, you can enjoy a large living room with two large bay windows overlooking the swimming pool.
On the night side and spread over 3 levels:
- A master bedroom in the garage with bay window, small lounge area, bedroom, shower room and WC
- 2 bedrooms (those of our children) with a double bed and a single bed. Shower room and WC – at the level of the living room (kitchen, dining room and living room)
- Another master bedroom in R+1 with office area, bedroom as well as the bathroom and shower and WC.
House fully air-conditioned. Wifi / Canal + and netflix
Outside: swimming pool, Weber barbecue, ping-pong table, direct access to the hill
Beds will be made on your arrival.
Exit cleaning and pool maintenance will be at your expense: 350€.
We ask for a 30% deposit at the time of booking and the rest of the payment on arrival.
A rental contract will be drawn up. A cheque deposit of 2000€ will be required upon uncashed arrival.
3 parking spaces outside in the garden. Electrical outlets for vehicle charging in slow mode.
Parties are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Frying food in the kitchen is not allowed.
