Your Ideal Venue for Group Gatherings, Mardi Gras, and French Quarter Magic!
Located along the famous Camp St., this chic and spacious unit features two well-appointed bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed and ample storage. The two bathrooms are sleek and modern, offering both convenience and a touch of luxury. The living area is designed for relaxation, with a cozy sofa, a Smart TV for entertainment, and large windows that fill the space with natural light.
The Space: Experience the charm of our newly renovated property in a historic building originally built in the 1840's. Enjoy original wood floors throughout the livings spaces. Large, original windows that open as well as a small fire escape to get outside.
Both bedrooms contain king sized beds, smart TVs as well as attached bathrooms. Please note: both bedrooms do not have outside windows, which helps reduce the city noise. However, you are in the heart of a vibrant city and it will have traditional noises such as sirens, parades and other people's celebrations. If noise bothers you, this is not the unit for you.
Party-Friendly: Our spaces are ideal for various types of gatherings, including wedding receptions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, graduations, and more. The suite has an open style floor plan for easy entertaining. In addition, you can add a event in our 1,100 sq foot outdoor patio and 970 sq ft indoor entertainment space. This space is tailor-made for hosting a range of events, including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, graduations, and other special occasions with the ability to host up to 45 people. My friend and I stayed for a quick girls’ trip and this place was fantastic! It’s charming, clean, and we slept like babies. Some others mentioned in reviews that there is “building” noise. There is. It’s an older place like everywhere else there, so you can hear some pipes groan here and there and the hum of the elevator. It didn’t keep us up though. Now the living room is loud from street noise, but you can’t hear that in the bedrooms. The location was perfect. Just across from the French Quarter, so basically a short walk and you’re there. The restaurant downstairs is amazing! So don’t miss it!

Unit appeared newly furnished, was clean, and had plenty of linens, dishes, etc. (bring your own ground coffee). Living room got a bit noisy at night (as noted in listing), but bedrooms were quiet.Good walkable location.
