Quiet during Christmastime! Beds were comfy! Apartment was very roomy!!
Floors weren’t mopped, washer had black mold and needed cleaning. Management should pay attention to that issue with all units especially due to the climate.

Location was excellent including streetcar passing right by. Size of apartment was really surprising
Could have had some additional items ie milk on arrival, scissors and other kitchen equipment. Very surprised there was no safe in the apartment

Great location, easy access, and spacious
The pullout bed was very uncomfortable, the master bathroom soap was empty, the bathroom sinks and showers didn’t drain, and the kitchen was very poorly stocked.
