The room was as shown and an added bonus was the Firestick. Location was superb, exactly what we hoped for. Everything was in easy walking distance.
We booked a room with a balcony and it was great to be able to sit out with a glass of wine and watch the world go by.
On arrival the key codes provided on check in didn't work for entry to building and also entry to room so had to call the number on the door to sort. New codes provided and no problems throughout our stay.
Coffee machine but no cups or glasses, not a main problem, purchased our own

Perfectly placed at the one end of the Frence Quarter with lots of good restaurants around. Easy, but expensive parking next door. No reception, but very good service by phone or WhatsApp.
The water flow of the pool has its noise in the night if you are a light sleeper

Chartres St. is fun due to wedding parades passed below our balcony daily, once 4 times Saturday evening. Location was very convenient to restaurants, Jackson Square, Bourbon St, Canal St, trolley cars, the Aquarium and French Market. Used the onsite pool.
This was the first time I had stayed at non contact hotel. Likely I won’t do that again. Contact via text message was satisfactory, yet housekeeping staff hadn’t supplied toilet paper, coffee cups, and took three days before that and fresh linens and towels were dropped off at the room. On site supervision could improve the stay.

The directions for the key code did not include to use the # symbol at the end so the code wouldn't work on the main door into the building.
Hot water was long in coming.
