Location was convenient and not too loud
The AC kept dripping from the ceiling and freezing up and we had to out in a maintenance request

Nice apartment in a quiet neighbourhood near the French Quarter. Spacious, good facilities and very convenient. Spent a week here mixing work with vacation and the apartment was ideal.
The "rooftop terrace" was in a bit of a mess - see the photo - but it was still a boon to be able to sit out on the roof at the end of the day.

It was very central. Hot water was great but pressure low
Washing and dryer was a bonus
Sleeper couch very uncomfortable - springs dig into your body. Not many rails in bathroom to hang towels
Very noisy area so must have earplugs

Location was good, walking distance to everything needed
Bed had ants in it, the shower needed pliers to turn on the water
