About this house rental
Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft Apartment, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & an open floor plan. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out we would love to have you!
We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

The owner of this property switched me to a new location at the last minute. The location was about 2500 feet (0.5 mile) from the original. The new location worked out just fine, but the extra distance prompted me to use ride-share instead of walking in the August heat/humidity. The good news is the drivers were eager to pick up riders and I never had to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes. I won't go into much detail about the new location, since you can't find it at this listing. But the place was the perfect size, easy to check in with outstanding communication from management. The place was clean and everything worked as advertised, and the A/C units were a life saver. I'm very happy with how everything worked out.

Had an extended weekend in NOLA with two of my friends. The place was clean and comfortable. It is located within walking distance to the French Quarter just off of Canal Street and right on Magazine (where many locals provided many restaurant recommendations away from the crowded tourist spots).
The property manager was very responsive when we had questions and always answered under five minutes.
Would definitely stay here again on my trip to NOLA.
