Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Loved this space! Brick and beam. Old building with updated features. Loved the aesthetic. And super clean! Also, the water pressure was perfect.Amazing location. Right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. Easy walk to the trolly, the aquarium, great restaurants.We would absolutely choose to stay here again next time we're in NOLA.

More precise directions on entering the loft should be given. It rained and there was water outside our door and in the hallway. It appeared to be over riding settings on the air conditioner. There is no parking except for paid parking lots which are at least two blocks from location. The host will respond to questions.
