About this house rental
Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft Apartment, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District and New Orleans. This location is on Magazine Street just one block from Canal Street which separates the French Quarter and the Central Business District. Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Saint Charles Avenue, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out, we would love to have you! We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

It was a great location to the French Quarter as well as many other places that we wanted to go. It was a cozy apartment and very comfortable.

Good location. Be prepared for how loud it will be late into the night during Mardi Gras. Elevator is across the hall and the door and ppl can be heard coming and going. The room had clean towels. Kitchen was wiped. Fridge was clean. Not sure the sheets were clean. Dust and trash behind and under the bed. Even a pair of underwear. Coffee table cubby had green and white mold growing inside from a past spill. I alerted management. All I got was an apology. No offer to send a cleaner or discount.
