About this house rental
Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft House, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a 400 sq ft private balcony. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out we would love to have you!
We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

The suite downtown was wonderful! So spacious and had everything we needed. I loved the balcony. It was perfect for morning coffee and evening wind downs before bed. Genesis was a wonderful host. So friendly and very responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in New Orleans.

This place is a hidden gem next to all the places I love in New Orleans! Sitting a very short walk from Canal Street you have access to the French Quarter for daytime sight seeing, fun nightlife and great eateries. It was the best sleep I've gotten in months with a clean, tidy atmosphere, comfy beds, ample room, and a beautiful balcony. We really had a great time. Our host was attentive and accommodating and provided all the information we needed. Parking was not bad either. Some in our party found street parking, some opted to pay for the weekend. So there is a mix. If this place is available, I would 10/10 recommend!

Loved the balcony, very safe feel, close to everything. Walked literally everywhere no need fpr a rental car if you stay here! Beautiful spot comfy beds! Will 100% stay again

We weren't told that the balcony was split, we didn't have any chairs for our balcony because the next door took them all. They were entirely too loud and very rude about the fact that they took our balcony stuff. Bathroom has a leak from the upstairs bathroom.
