Clean comfortable great communication central location. Appreciated the coffee supplies.
A bit noisy due to old windows and the blinds need replacing as it was hard to control light levels

It was in a great location, clean, simple, had everything, and was comfortable.
The kitchen table stools weren’t great for remote work. There was only one exterior window.

The location was excellent , close to Canal but far enough from the noise.
The wifi was despicable! I hope the owner reads this and improves it because I will never stay here again because of the wifi.
I encourage anyone who is planning on working here to AVOID. The wifi is shared with all apartments. So basically the bandwidth is not enough nor is the reach.
For the amount you pay this wifi should be stellar. So until the owner decided to fix the WIFI AVOID. I lodged many complaints but nothing fixed it because it needs to be fixed with the cable company.
This is truly comparable what you would see in 3rd world countries.
