Communication with the property owner was efficient throughout, from check in to advice on parking. The place itself was clean and just like you saw online. Being just a couple blocks from canal street and the French quarter allowed us to walk most places, while also giving us a quieter street at night.

We were very impressed, not only with the quality of the property, but it's location. We were within a very short walking distance to good bars and restaurants, but far away from the action so we could sleep peacefully at night. This condo was in the perfect location to enjoy Mardi Gras -- 2 blocks from the major parade routes and from the French Quarter. It was clean and comfortable, and felt very safe. During Mardi Gras, expect noise late into the night. One bedroom is on the street side and more noisy, while one is an interior room and quiet. Cheery and bright, with everything you need - I recommend it!
