Fully equipped, semi-ground floor independent apartment with its own independent entrance in a 3-storey detached house, with balcony and garden. Ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday. It is located in an idyllic fishing village in Nea Michaniona Thessaloniki, which offers many options from restaurants, fish taverns, café-bars, cafes with local delicacies and long walks to the picturesque harbor and the fish ladder.
It has a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a kitchen-living room with a corner living room/sofa that becomes a double bed and a sofa that becomes a single bed, toilet and shower. Free WiFi, hot water with solar water heater, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, hair dryer, electric iron, ironing board, TV, kettle, kitchen utensils, linen, bed linen, towels, hangers, and toiletries. There are protective screens on all windows and the entrance door.
It is located 32 km from the center of Thessaloniki, 18 km from Macedonia Airport, 1.2 km from the beach of Nea Michaniona, 3 km from the beach of Agia Triada, 5 km from the beach of Neoi Epivates and 8 km from the beach Perea. The beach of Potamos Epanomis is 13 km away.

In 2021, the filming of Antonio Banderas' movie "The Enforcer" took place on its beach road on Polytechniou Street. Its natural balcony with the most beautiful sunset, with palm trees, cafes and bars is strongly reminiscent of Miami, as well as the basketball and tennis courts located in its harbor.
It houses the second largest fish ladder in Greece and of course offers many dining options, fresh fish in restaurants and ouzo restaurants, cafes and bars on Polytechniou Street and the port, a canteen with excellent fresh and affordable food in Drosia and Ag. Nikolaos, and a picturesque tavern on the sand in Alykes.
