We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos
This CozySuite accommodates families, groups of friends, or business travelers perfectly, equipped with all the amenities required for a delightful stay.

Note: This is a garden style unit that requires 1-2 floors of stairs. Please reach out to us before booking if you can't do stairs because we do have ground floor units!.

Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities.
The Neighborhood:
We are located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in 1 place, just across the street from our building!
Getting Around:
Ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere!
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Our stay at the Cozysuites was less than expected. The accommodations were clean. The basic supplies such as dishwasher tabs and toilet paper were not available for refills. We did not have any extra bathroom towels and wash cloths.The kitchen itself needed more dishes, glasses and flatware. The bed sheets were clean but had old blood stains on them.The pool was part of the stay but was under construction so it was not useable unbeknownst to us. This was a 5 day stay for us. We called about all of these items and the staff could not have been more helpful. They actually went to a store to purchase these items as they were out of them! Their response made things so much better.
