I really enjoyed my stay a lot. This was a great value, the price was certainly right for this stay. The check-in process was easy to follow, I did have to call customer service, but they were fast and very helpful. The property is very nice and clean, and the location was perfect for me. I loved the apartment, it had a patio area with a little gate which was very cute. Inside the room was very spacious and had updated features. Visually, it looked clean, but I found out it was not cleaned very well. That's the only part I did not like. There was a lot of hair in the unit. I'm not sure if it was from the housekeeper or previous occupant. I found hair in the shower, and at the desk area. The floors were not cleaned very well, I had to pick up stuff off the floor from the previous guest and there was a patch of something sticky between the kitchen and the living room. I was prepared to overlook all of that because overall I was happy with the place. Then I needed to use a plate in the kitchen, that was a mistake. The plates were absolutely disgusting. I have no idea what was on them but it was 3 plates that had some kind of oil or petroleum jelly on them. Covered in dirty finger prints. I have no idea how someone could put those plates in the cabinet and think its ok. To me, that is unacceptable. If you have housekeepers in house, that needs a corrective action. If you contract cleaners from an outside company, you should find different cleaners. I can only speak for my 1 unit, but worth adding some accountability measures. BUT although that wasn't great, I still overall really enjoyed my stay and if the unit was cleaned better I would happy to stay here every time I travel here for work. Great value, great location, easy check-in.

Cleanliness was poor. Hair in unit from cleaner or previous guest. Plates in kitchen were filthy, covered in some kind of oil or petroleum jelly. Sticky patch and random little things I picked up off the floor. However, overall I still had a good stay.

La ubicación excelente, se puede ir a pie al estadio de los cardenales, así que te evitas el tráfico y los cobros de estacionamiento.

nada, todo excelente

Large and bright. Even had a washer/dryer!

Nothing

Very nice apartment.

Microwave did not work. Pool was closed with no communication until we arrived. It opened back up the day we left. Neighbors underneath us were loud all night. You could hear every person walking up and down the stairs, and anyone Walking or talking in the hallways. The balcony door would excatly close, when locked you could still open the doors..not a safe feeling.
