Layout of the space is excellent with bedrooms and baths split into different wings of the home and the common area space between them. Spacious and generally very comfortable. Storage in the bed/bath is very good; closets, drawers, & bath vanity. The unit was reasonably clean.
Some general maintenance is warranted: washer drum vibrates badly during spin cycle, lav faucet in one bathroom is loose, shower faucet in one bath has a mixer issue so it is hard to control water from being either completely cold or scalding hot. Dishwasher is due for replacement, rusted & worn inside. Location is wonderful for attending events at the nearby stadium but could be noisy for others.

The size was good. Pool was nice.
Floors were flithy. Bathrooms not clean. No kitchen towels. Only one set of towels per person. No pool towels. Livingroom furniture was cheap and very uncomfortable. I was afraid we would break it.
