CozySuites Phoenix — A True Home Away From Home If you're looking for a place to stay near Desert Diamond Arena, look no further. We chose CozySuites Phoenix specifically for its proximity to the arena, and it delivered on every front — and then some. "Suites" honestly doesn't do this place justice. The home is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Fresh linens, a warm atmosphere, and a neighborhood that is quiet and friendly made it easy to settle right in. The hosts were attentive without being overbearing, checking in to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it made all the difference. The home is stocked with all the essentials — cooking, cleaning, even laundry. You won't find yourself scrambling for anything. And when you're ready to venture out, you're spoiled for choice. Plenty of restaurants within 15 minutes, tons of shopping, and activities the whole family can enjoy. The arena itself is less than 4 minutes away — practically walking distance, and we mean that literally. One thing worth knowing before you book: the home has two sets of stairs. The first takes you from the front door up to the kitchen, and the second leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Just something to keep in mind if mobility is a concern for anyone in your group. We also got to enjoy the pool during our stay, which was a wonderful bonus. The outdoor space is generous, with plenty of room to barbecue and lounge around at your leisure. All in all, CozySuites Phoenix gets a 10 out of 10 from us. We will absolutely be back.

Love the location. Love the pool and the bar b Que area. Love how everything is kept clean and functioning. Love that there were cooking utensils to use during our stay. Appreciated the extra shampoo, bathroom products, etc in case we needed them.

The listing stated there was a sofa bed, but it wasn’t. I had expected that extra sleeping area for my mother. Overall she made herself comfortable with what she had, but it wasn’t what I was expecting.

Convenient to State Farm Stadium. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

It was cold. Never was able to get the heat to come on.

The location was excellent for our concert at State Farm Stadium. Just a quick walk. The pool is open 24 hours! That was great

The futon bed in the living room was horribly uncomfortable and there were no linens or blankets for it. We had to go to Walmart and purchase a bed topper and blankets to make it bearable. The place was clean although it was bare bones... no frills no extra!
