SANARY WATERFRONT - Atypical Type 3 apartment for 5 people. Facing the sea, you have a breathtaking panoramic view and a large terrace!
The 35 m² apartment consists of an equipped outdoor kitchen, a dining area, all opening onto a beautiful and large terrace facing the sea. On the night side, you have a bedroom with a double bed. 140, a second bedroom with trundle bed (2x90) and a bathroom with WC. In addition, a mezzanine sleeping area in the living room with a 180 double bed and a second bathroom outside on the terrace.
The residence is secure with private parking.
You can go directly down to the fine sand beach via private access from the residence.
You are halfway between the port of Sanary and Bandol, not far from local shops. The apartment offers calm and serenity in an idyllic setting with the sea as a panorama and the beach at your feet for the day. On summer evenings, you can enjoy the nighttime craft market.
Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic, typically Mediterranean fishing port, its pedestrian streets lined with small shops, its good restaurants and its pretty squares refreshed by fountains, is a tourist town renowned, both relaxing and lively, where you will be sure to have a good vacation whatever the season!
It offers an immense variety of colorful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours, etc.) in a sunny setting most of the year. Many activities are at your disposal: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, gaming casino... without forgetting the inevitable sea and sunbathing!
The city whose market was elected “the most beautiful market in France” in 2018 offers you the best of local products as well as fresh fish from fishermen and fresh flowers every morning on the port. In summer you can also enjoy a night market, offering artisanal products.
Many sea excursions leave from the port to discover marine animals (whales, sperm whales, dolphins, etc.) but also the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques of Cassis!
The port is also a hotspot for festivities throughout the year (Traditions Festival, Sanary Spring, Just Rosé, Music and Dance Festival and many other activities offered by local multicultural associations) included for the end-of-year celebrations (its superb illuminations are now famous).
