Schöne und komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss der Villa. Terrasse mit angeschlossenem, toll gepflegtem Garten. Das Meer mit Bademöglichkeit und Restaurants ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gern wieder.

Location conforme à l'annonce, tout confort, et très propre. Nos hôtes étaient adorables, discrets, et disponibles, rien à redire. Emplacement à 5 minutes à pieds de la mer et idéalement situé pour découvrir la région, de Marseille à St Stropez ,en passant dans les terres par Bormes les mimosas, Gassin ou Le Castelet. Bref une location à prendre les yeux fermés, pour passer des vacances très agréables.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir hatten eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und einen Ofen. 2 Liegen waren auch vor Ort. In 8 Minuten war man am Meer, man ging einen kleinen Fußweg bergab. Im August ist der kleine Strand vielleicht etwas eng, aber im September war viel Platz. Die sehr netten Vermieter in der Wohnung darüber haben wir kaum gesehen. Sie haben uns beim Empfang viel erklärt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und hat eine schöne Terrasse. Die Ausstattung ist super. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Zum schönen Strand sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem kleinen Pinienwald. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Wenn man Informationen benötigte waren sie immer hilfsbereit. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

In allen Punkten können wir uns den vorangegangenen Kommentaren nur anschließen: -sehr geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung -tolle Lage in einer Sackgasse mit kurzem Fußweg zum (Sand-!) Strand -Bäcker für frische Croissants fußläufig erreichbar -sehr nette und hilsbereite Vermieter, die sich aber diskret zurückhalten -viele Ausflugsziele schnell erreichbar -Terrassen- und Liegeplätze -Garten -an die abenteuerliche Auffahrt bzw. Abfahrt gewöhnt man auch als Flachlandtiroler sehr schnell Vielen Dank für alles, Familie Masuyer!

Wir waren dort mit unserem 4-jährigen Sohn, der den Garten und das Trampolin sehr genossen hat. Der Strand ist in fünf Minuten Spaziergang zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet (die Küchenmesser sind allerdings nicht mehr scharf). Die Wohnung liegt schön und ruhig in einem Wald, aber es gibt Stechmücken. Die Zufahrt ist eng, aber auch mit einem Touran gut machbar. Die Masuyers sind sehr hilfsbereit und gleichzeitig diskret. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben die 2 Wochen bei Fam. Masuyer sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet. Es fehlt einfach an Nichts. Der Außenbereich ist auch sehr ansprechend. Vorteilhaft war der kurze Fußweg zum Strand. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und die Mieter sind sehr zurückhaltend. Bei Schwierigkeiten sind sie jedoch gleich zur Stelle und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden immer gerne an diesen Urlaub zurückdenken und möchten uns an dieser Stelle nochmal herzlich bei den Vermietern bedanken. Die Crêpes am letzten Tag waren übrigens sehr köstlich.

Wir durften einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub bei Familie Masuyer verbringen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Die meiste Zeit haben wir aber auf der schönen Terrasse verbracht. Unsere Tochter war von Trampolin, Schaukel und Schwimmbecken im Garten begeistert.

Très beau logement, très calme avec tout le confort, moderne, nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Un jardin avec mini piscine, balançoires et trampoline sont également disponibles pour le plaisir des enfants. L'appartement est propre et bien entretenu. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets. L'appartement se trouve au milieu des pins. Un chemin piétonnier passe devant le logement et vous conduit, en moins de 10 minutes, à la plage. Voiture nécessaire pour aller faire les courses ou se balader en ville. Si vous n'avez pas de 4x4 prenez votre élan car ça grimpe sec pour repartir ! Petit désagrément ( cette année ?) olfactif passager avec des remontées d' égout sans doute dues à la surcharge estivale des équipements communaux ? On y revient en 2017 !?

Diese Ferienwohnung ist einfach nur perfekt, ruhige Lage und doch in fünf Minuten am Strand. Ende August/Anfang September ist dieser auch nicht überfüllt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt tatsächlich an gar nichts, man kann sich in der Küche austoben, ohne das ein einziges Küchenutensil fehlt. Die Terrassenmöbel sind genau wie die Wohnungseinrichtung sehr hochwertig. Die Vermieter sind zurückhaltend aber stets zur Stelle. Das Crêpes -Rezept von Madame Masuyer beschert uns seither die besten Crêpes und Sehnsucht nach Sanary sur mer. Auch der Motorschaden (in Frankreich hofften wir noch es ist nur der Turbo...) unseres Opel Insignias konnte uns diesen herrlichen Urlaub nicht vermiesen. Madame Masuyer fuhr uns in die Kfz-Werkstatt und am Abreisetag ganz früh am Morgen zum Zug. Für sie war das selbstverständlich und für uns war sie Mutter Theresa. Sie war einfach bezaubern - tausend Dank nochmals an dieser Stelle. Wir werden wieder kommen!!!

Nous avons passé en famille un excellent séjour dans ce logement très confortable et très bien équipé. Des moustiquaires placées à certaines fenêtres sont très appréciables surtout durant les nuits chaudes. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, discrets, toujours à l'écoute des locataires. Il est conseillé de stationner son véhicule à 200 m au haut du chemin très abrupt et étroit donnant accès au logement. Ce logement se trouve à environ 900 m de la plage à dix minutes de marche au travers d'une pinède. La plage de sable fin à pente douce est très agréable et propre (WC, douches) .

Gastgeber: herzlich, sehr bemüht, zuvorkommend freundlich, dabei äußerst zurückhaltend und diskret Unterkunft: sauber, liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, großes Bad mit Waschmaschine und zusätzlicher Toilette, schöne Terrasse mit guter und ausreichender Möblierung, nutzbarer und schön angelegter Garten mit Trampolin (kleine Hunde willkommen - unser Zwergpudel hat sich "pudelwohl" gefühlt), Küche großzügig und modern ausgestattet, (einige Utensilien könnten erneuert bzw. gelegentlich ergänzt werden) Highlights: Kochkünste von Madame (gelernte Köchin) und Einweisung unserer Jungs in die hohe Kunst der Crêpes-Herstellung. Mmmmh - lecker! Lage: Einfach herrlich! Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die nähere Umgebung: Sanary sur Mer (jeden Tag (Fisch-)Markt) , Cassis, Marseille, les Calanques, Aix en Provence, Le Castellet, Hyeres, Ile de Porquerolles, Brégancon (bei Bormes-les-Mimosas) und, und, und... Restauranttipp: "Les goûts et les couleurs" (http://www.restaurant-lesgoutsetlescouleurs.com) Super frische, leckere und täglich wechselnde Menüs zu angemessenen Preisen... (13 - 30 €) Wir haben uns super erholt und möchten uns auf diesem Wege nochmals ganz herzlich bei den Gastgebern bedanken! Bon temps!! À bientôt! Nous avons loué ce logement pendant les vacances de Pâques. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de la part de propriétaire. Le logement est idéalement situé, près d un sentier piétonnier menant à la mer et aux commerces de proximité. On est également à 20/30 min a pied du centre de bandol, ce qui est super pour ne pas prendre la voiture. Le logement est très propre et moderne. Le prêt des serviettes et des draps est très appréciable. Pour que ce soit parfait, nous aurions apprécié les chaînes TV en français, et le chauffage inclus dans le prix de base. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, pour profiter du logement et de son jardin bien équipé pour les enfants.

Liebe Familie Masuyer, wir haben uns mit 5 Personen sehr wohl bei ihnen gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir hatten wirklich alles um einen entspannten Urlaub zu machen. Die Küche ist groß, modern und vollständig. Es gibt ein großes Bad und eine separate zweite Toilette. Gute Schlafmöglichkeiten auch mit 5 Personen. Über den Fußweg ist man in 10 Minuten am Meer und in 25 in Bandol. Wir können uns den Urlaubern die hier Bewerten nur anschließen und kommen gerne Wieder. au revoir

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung absolut weiter empfehlen. Vor ein paar Tagen kamen wir nach sehr erholsamen 14 Tagen Urlaub nach hause. Wir waren vier Erwachsene mit zwei Kleinkindern (je 2 Jahre alt), die in Kinderreisebetten mit in den Elternschlafzimmern übernachtet haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (entsprechend der Beschreibung), sauber und gepflegt. Toll fanden wir, dass wir mit unseren Smartphones kostenlos das W-Lan nutzen konnten. Aufgrund der Lüftungsanlage ist die Wohnung immer angenehm kühl, so dass auch die Nächte erholsam sind. Ein Mückenmittel ist allerdings wirklich empfehlenswert, wie einer meiner Vorgänger schon schrieb. Ich kann mich den Bewertungen meiner Vorgänger darüber hinaus nur anschließen: Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber gleichzeitig zurückhaltend, so dass man sich nicht beobachtet oder kontrolliert fühlt. Die Wohnung liegt trotz der verkehrsgünstigen Lage (Autobahn und Bahnlinie in der Nähe) absolut ruhig in einem grünen Tal, in dem man statt Autoverkehr nur das Zirpen der Grillen hört. Der Weg zum Strand war für unsere beiden Kleinkinder optimal, da keine Straße überquert werden muss. Wir haben unsere Autos nach dem ersten Tag immer oben an der Straße geparkt, da wir die steile Auffahrt voll beladen nur mit Mühe schafften (Fiat 500...). Da unser Aufenthalt in die Hauptsaison fiel, waren die schmalen Strände natürlich immer sehr schnell überfüllt, aber damit muss man rechnen. Sanary ist ein hübsches Städtchen mit romantischem Hafen, dass sich zum Flanieren und Essen gehen eignet. Ringsherum gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Uns hat z.B. Aix-en-Provence und der Montagne Ste Victoire sehr gut gefallen, die in 45 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Aber auch Cassis, die Insel Porquerolles oder die Ile des Embiez lohnen einen Ausflug. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen! Wir haben uns mit unseren Kindern (1 und 3 Jahre) sehr wohlgefühlt. Großzügige Whg. mit viel Platz in Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer, die SEHR sauber ist. Garten kinderfreundlich komplett abgeschlossen. Tolle Lage mit kurzem Weg zum kleinen Stadt- Badestrand (ca 450 m), dort ist auch ein Bäcker für morgendliches Baguette. Vermieter SEHR zuvorkommend und nett (sprechen nur französisch). Haus liegt zwischen Bandol und Sanary, nur Bandol allerdings zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tagesausflüge nach Marseille, der Insel Porquerolles oder den Callanque-Buchten bei Cassis.

Es war wirklich ein perfekter Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet; in der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Es ist gemütlich und man kann sich richtig zu Hause fühlen.Die Betten sind super bequem. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und für ein Schwätzchen zu haben, wenn man möchte. Wir durften im Garten Pfirsiche pflücken, bekamen Tomaten und Zitronen geschenkt. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr angenehm kurz und ohne Gefahren. Die Lage der Wohnung selber ist wunderbar ruhig, großer Erholungswert! Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, Bandol kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen, nach Sanary bräuchte man schon das Auto, aber dort ist wunderschön. Wenn man will, wird viel geboten.In den Abendstunden gibt es in den Orten Live-Musik oder Künstlermärkte, es gibt genügend gute Restaurants, wo man zu fairen Preisen toll essen kann. Es gibt auch genügend Ausflusziele in der Umgebung, im Hinterland.Avignon ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch gibt es genügend Supermärkte in der näheren Umgebung. Und der Bäcker am Strand ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst.
