About this house rental
Villa in co-ownership with 2 flates in a 1300m² enclosed garden planted with trees.The town centre and the beach are a 10 minute walk away.The flat,on the first floor is confortable and very bright. It looks out onto the Sanary harbour. It has double glazing.It is possible to use part of the pleasure garden and the communal parts and the car park (about 500 m²).

Etienne and Annick were delightful and thoughtful hosts. The view over the bay is stunning. Apartment very conveniently located. Good shops close by and the walk to the port or beaches is easy. Off road parking simple and convenient. Apartment is close to a very busy road so would be noisy if windows open but no problem if windows closed. At the height of summer some may find the lack of air conditioning a problem. We noted the warnings from the boulangerie about West Nile disease so people have to adopt sensible precautions about mosquitos. Such minor matters aside at the time of year we visited the apartment was excellent
