Home F8 - Terrace Paris's view, Eiffel Tower area

Lovely place. Great view from the terrace balcony. In a nice quiet area that’s not busy. Some nice cafes and plenty of shops a couple of minutes walk away. Bike parking directly outside where you can rent an electric bike to get around which is great fun. Full kitchen with oven and everything else you need. Lovely living area with sofa/bed, tv, chair and dining table. Nice bath with shower overhead. Bedroom has a small double bed and wardrobes and drawers. Quite expensive but it is Paris and was the best option and value for money out of every place we looked at before we booked. The host is very polite and very quick to answer any questions. Great overall and would certainly stay again.

The only thing that I didn’t like was no air conditioning. It has a couple of ceiling fans but it gets incredibly hot in the apartment. Paris was having a heatwave when I was there so it might not be as hot at other times.

Die Lage und das Apartment waren atemberaubend .Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse aus dem 9.Stock ist traumhaft gewesen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man benötigt. Außerdem ist es eine sichere Gegend, zu Fuß ist man am Eiffelturm in 20 Minuten. Der Supermarkt und viele Geschäfte sind zu Fuß zwischen 5 und 10 Gehminuten. Man sollte auch wissen das die Schlüsselübergabe 1 Straße vom Apartment entfernt ist ca 2 Minuten entfernt zu Fuss. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um alles wirklich ein top Service. Man könnte sich überlegen ob man eine Markise anbringt da die Sonne sehr stark ist da oben.

Parken vor der Türe ist möglich an Sonntag und Feiertagen ist das Parken kostenfrei. Wir waren Freitag an der Parkuhr und wollten ein Ticket ziehen unglaubliche 350 Euro wollten die haben für 24 Stunden das ist Abzocke. Es gibt 200m ein Parkhaus wo man einfach rein fahren kann ohne zu reservieren. 24 Stunden 42 Euro das war in Ordnung. Zu Fuss zum Appartement 5 Gehminuten. Da kann der Gastgeber nichts dafür.

Perfect and beautiful place at the middle of Paris, in cosy neighbourhood with very friendly people 🫶🏻Very comfy appearance and everything is easy to navigate and user friendly, all additional things you can imagine so that you don’t need to worry about an extra things from home. A personl who designed this apartment, a very handy and done it very well and thought through- like you would do for your family. Perfect stay for 2,3 or 4.

Location was amazing! 10min walk to the metro. Our train was late getting in, but getting the key was ZERO issue. Apartment slept 3 comfortably. Host was SUPER responsive! Only recommendation is have 2 fans! So the person sleeping on the sofa can have a fan as well.

Definitely needed another fan…but even that not a huge deal
