About this apartment rental
We offer complimentary arrival pick up from CDG and Orly airport as well as all train stations.
Adorable and quiet apartment with lots of morning sun, perfectly situated off the Rue du Commerce in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. This apartment has been in our family for 4 generations! The antique furniture is also from our family.
The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator in a secure building, with plenty of old world charm to compliment modern conveniences.
You month long stay includes mid-stay cleaning with change of linens. Weekly cleaning service is available at a nominal charge.
NOTE: We have 2 other apartments in the same building.

The flat was beautiful, clean, well-equipped and comfortable! Lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood. Marie is an excellent host! We highly recommend! If we ever return to Paris we would certainly want to stay again!

Marie was an excellent host! She has lived in the USA and France, and was easy to communicate with and provided helpful insights for planning, and great suggestions on places to eat. This was a mother-daughter trip over Easter break–an early high school graduation gift for my daughter–and our first time to France. We wanted an authentic Parisian experience, so I booked this flat instead of a hotel. Marie arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport (and informed us on our travel day that it would be customary to tip 20 Euro, so I withdrew cash from the ATM at the airport), and then she met us when we arrived and provided an overview of the flat. Everything was as advertised (except for the additional 50 linen fee requested after booking for the use of the second bed), and we had fun living as locals for five days. Marie was responsive to inquiries we made throughout our stay, and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after the customary check out time because our itinerary changed due to a museum entry time. We really appreciated that, as it made things much easier for us. I highly recommend renting from Marie and would do so again!

Cute apartment in a good area. Easy to get around. Grocery store right out the door and a selection of restaurants very close. Attractions are walkable or metro is very close.

Authentic Paris experience. Spot on location for mass transit. And a mini grocery right next door. The apartment has everything you need in terms of kitchen equipment, laundry and super comfy bed. Best of all is the host. Marie is a warm professional. Fabulous communicator. We adore her.
