Spoiled part of our holidayin como

Parking was convenient

The property is outdated and requires significant upgrading. The listing advertised air conditioning, however only a small portable unit in the kitchen and two very small ceiling fans (approximately 30 cm) were provided, which did not adequately cool the rooms. The shower mixer was also missing its knob, making it difficult to use. Although the owner kindly allowed us to check in early, this was given as the reason the property had not been properly cleaned. Unfortunately, we even found used sheets left in the wardrobe, which was very disappointing. We had booked two nights but ended up leaving to another hotel after the first night due to the poor conditions. When I raised these issues, the owner told me I had no right to complain and offered no form of compensation. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this property.

Horrible experience near Como at the Swiss border. Avoid.

It was a convenient stopover in our way back to Germany. The owner was very friendly and helped us get to the place in the night (11 pm).

Access: very narrow road to get to the place, difficult to find and easy to scratch your car if you are not extremely careful. Apartment: HUGE humidity problem. Black mold on the walls (see example picture). Uncomfortable bed (too soft). Uncomfortable sofa-bed (way too hard). The duvet for our daughter’s crib had no cover sheet. The bathroom had no shower gel or shampoo. No courtesy coffee available (the can was completely empty). Tap water undrinkable (very bad taste). Not to say that it was way overpriced for the appalling quality. All in all a horrible experience.

It offers comfort in a quiet zone.

We had a great stay at Wisteriaroom in Como, Italy! The location is excellent—just a 4-minute drive from the city center. The apartment was very clean and cozy, and the host was extremely kind and welcoming. Please note that the parking spot is not free (€5 per day), and there is a tourist tax of €3 per person. Even with these extra costs, it’s totally worth it. I would definitely stay at Wisteriaroom again without hesitation!

Ci siamo trovate benissimo. Viaggiavamo per lavoro e l’appartamento è in una posizione veramente comoda. È pulito, ben fornito e silenzioso. Inoltre abbiamo avuto un problema improvviso con l’auto e ci hanno aiutate e accompagnate dove dovevamo andare salvandoci il lavoro!

Très bon rapport qualité prix compte tenu de la proximité de Côme centre et de la grandeur de l'appartement. Une propriétaire bienveillante et à l'écoute de ses hôtes.

Le parking est proche de l'appartement, ce qui est pratique en banlieue de Côme mais attention aux grosses voitures car l'accès demande un peu de dextérité

Un séjour très pénible comme nous n'en avions jamais connu, avec le sentiment d'avoir été trompés

Nous dénonçons le décalage entre les photos du site et la réalité du logement. On pensait loger dans la maison que l'on voit au premier plan sur la première photo du site. En fait, on était sous le toit de la maison derrière, à gauche. Sur 60 photos, seulement 5 photos montrent l'intérieur de l'appartement (la chambre et la pièce principale), mais on ne voit pas que l'appartement est sous le toit avec des parties basses et des poutres très basses sur lesquelles on risque sans cesse de se heurter la tête : nous insérons des photos de la vue depuis le balcon, de la salle de bains, de la cuisine et de la façade de l'appartement sous le toit. De plus, ce logement est très mal isolé et le climatiseur refroidit à peine la cuisine tandis que le ventilateur bruyant ne fait pas baisser la température de la chambre. Nous avons passé une nuit avec une température entre 29° et 31° (pourtant, ce n'était pas encore la canicule). La vue donne sur une gare de poids-lourds avec un trafic important et bruyant.

1. Il letto aggiuntivo era un semplice divano, piuttosto duro e scomodo, inadatto per un vero riposo. 2. L’accesso alla struttura è complicato: il navigatore indica una strada molto stretta e scomoda, praticamente impossibile da percorrere per auto di dimensioni medie o grandi, a meno che non si conosca in anticipo l’ingresso alternativo, che però non è segnalato chiaramente. 3. L’acqua della doccia era fredda, il che dopo un viaggio di 10 ore, soprattutto con bambini al seguito, è stato decisamente spiacevole. 4. La climatizzazione era un altro punto dolente: c’era un condizionatore mobile rumorosissimo, anche in modalità “sleep”, oppure in alternativa un ventilatore industriale, che già al minimo faceva un rumore assordante. In pratica, si doveva scegliere tra il caldo o il rumore, rendendo comunque il sonno difficile, anche per via del letto scomodo.

Fijne appartement ook als gezin!

De ruimte is echt perfect! Ruime slaapkamer, met lekker bed & eventueel kinderbedje mocht je die nodig hebben. Super schoon! Alles ligt klaar voor je! Hele vriendelijke eigenaresse. Heel behulpzaam! De locatie is wat lastig te vinden, maar ook daar in begeleid zij je! Een dikke aanrader! Ps. Voor ons was dit een perfecte tussenstop!

No estaba limpio y había muchas hormigas. El sofá cama no era cama, solo un sofá grande al que había que poner una sábana encima. Tiene alfombras que están muy sucias. Los muebles de la habitación están rotos.
