Apartment Steps From Historic Center Plaka

This apartment is in a central location within walking distance of rhe major attractions, shops and restaurants. Nikos met us at the property and told us about the key things we needed to know. He is a very responsive host. We also appreciated the bottles of water and wine he left for us. The building has a small elevator to access upper floors. Beds are comfortable enough but pillows were not. This unit is good for a short stay in Athens.

Attention to some details would help improve the overall experience.It would have been helpful to have received an advance message from the host that he was planning to meet us at the property for check-in (which is a nice personal touch!) Bathroom lighting is poor. Having kitchen towels for dishes would be nice. The shower has some mold in the corners The building is older and some paint inside the apartment is peeling. There isn't a washing machine in the apartment although a laundromat is just steps away.

Everything was perfect

The location was very central and close to everything. lots of restaurants and shopping close by and you could walk everywhere. The host Nickos was also amazing and really helpful.
