The location was excellent, right in the heart of the vibrant shopping area of Athens. Everything was so close and convenient, with an abundance of restaurants in close walking distance.

Great location in the middle of it all - you can walk to so much.
With it being in the busy area it was a bit loud at night. The lift would not work consistently and I had to carry luggage down the stairs for 3 of us. The lift would not come to pick up on 2. Also very dark in the hallways and having to use stairs the dark is not safe. Only the 2nd floor had a light that came on.

Location was phenomenal. You are in the center of it all. The pedestrian only Ermou Street with all the shopping and restaurants in the Syntagma neighborhood near Monastiraki.
The building is dark and dingy. The elevator is finicky and did not work on any level besides the lobby level. The bedrooms are super loud at night, hard to sleep, not good for families.
