La décoration et les équipements.
Manque de volets pour pouvoir occulter parfaitement la lumière. Surtout avec la canicule, difficile de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes sans être réveillé par la lumière le matin tôt.

L'emplacement dans un quartier résidentiel calme est très appréciable. Des commerces sont facilement accessibles à pied en quelques minutes si besoin. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et très agréable.
