Good base to explore the region, but you need a vehicle (or bicycles)

A little away from the town centre and beach (too far to walk to the latter) Bed (mattress) was quite thin and very hard Some of the furniture felt cheap/uncomfortable (couch and matrasses for example)

Fit for purpose, but nothing special

The living room sofa was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The blackout blinds in the bedroom were appreciated with a baby.

The house itself was fine for our purposes, however the fixtures and fittings did have quite a cheap feel to them, and one thing I found very strange was that there were two bedside lamps in our room but one was nowhere near a plug! Surely an extension cable so it actually worked would make sense?! The main issues we had were that there was a somewhat unpleasant smell outside in the garden which we thought was from the neighbour's septic tank. Also, the hot tub was so over-chlorinated it changed the colour of my husband's wedding ring and was unpleasant to sit in, which was a shame. Finally, it was disappointing to only be given one bin bag, one dishwasher tablet, no shower gel etc. We only stayed for three days so it was an inconvenience having to buy new packs of everything. It wouldn't have cost much to provide a little more. Plus the 2 euro charge for (not particularly nice, mismatched) towels just felt a bit mean.

Grande déception...

L emplacement était agréable. On a apprécié la bouteille de vin offerte à notre arrivée. Le petit jacuzzi, non utilisé par les adultes mais une fois par mon fils.

Dans le salon personne n'a réussi à s'asseoir dans le canapé sans se retrouver complètement enfoncé, il est plus qu'en fin de vie! La literie était de très mauvaise qualité, la tête de lit qui est tombée dans la chambre de mon petit garçon (5 ans) avait déjà été rafistolé avec des mouchoirs en papier nous avons pris en photo... Un matelas de 10/12 cm d épaisseur pour les adultes c'est très limite, les ressorts s'enfonçaient dans le dos, on a laissé le grand lit au petit! Les extérieurs pourraient être jolis mais pas entretenus depuis un moment.... Mais ça allait être réglé à notre départ.... Le cumulus était en panne à notre arrivée, le lendemain matin personne n a pris une douche car eau froide! Les jours suivants l'eau était à peine tiède... Pas top... Le mobilier est assez vétuste, les chaises ont les pieds branlants, les éclats sur les meubles, les tiroirs cassés... Et pour finir on a dû relaver intégralement toute la vaisselle de la location pour pouvoir manger! Alors oui ce n' est pas au personnel de laver après les locataires comme nous l a précisé Karine à l arrivée, mais au moins de vérifier et relaver si besoin.... Je ne trouve pas ça respectueux pour nous, clairement des gens avaient pris leur café et avaient rangé les tasses sans même les laver! Une bonne perte de temps! Pour conclure je trouve que le prix affiché n'est absolument pas justifié. Pas loin de 600€ pour 4 nuits, c'est donc une grande déception. C'était notre premier séjour en famille, je vous laisse imaginer ma déception en ayant entendu et vécu tout cela...

La villa est spacieuse, bien isolée et agréable. Le personnel est accueillant. Le restaurant de la propriétaire se trouvant à quelques kilomètres est une superbe adresse.

Il serait intéressant d'avoir des planches à pain.
