On the Opal Coast, Near Le Touquet, Charming Cottage located in the seaside resort of Stella Plage, in the heart of the pine forest and close to the sea.
Residential and wooded area, quiet and not overlooked, mature garden, neat contemporary decoration, various nautical and sports activities nearby, beach, golf courses, tennis, cycle path in front of the house, etc .....
The cottage is a new semi-detached single storey construction, very bright comprising:
a living room with wood-burning fireplace and French window with direct access to the south-facing terrace, fully equipped American kitchen with central island for convivial meals, a bathroom with Italian shower, sink and washing machine, separate toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
A large paved terrace of around 30m2 will allow you to enjoy the outdoors, wooden garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue.
Enclosed garden, parking space and independent access.
Electric gate, automatic exterior ignition.

a deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival and returned on the day of your departure at the latest.

Spent a lovely week here while exploring the Cote d'Opale. A relaxing place to come to at the end of the day. With a pleasant south facing garden. A peaceful oasis with amenities just a very short drive away.

Frederick is very welcoming, but grants you all the privacy you need. Very hot while we were there so very glad of the shaded garden & cool interior. Stella Plage seafront seems a little run down but the beach itself is stunning & we swam every day! Le Touquet-Paris-Plage a very pleasant 45 min stroll away

Fred was an excellent host who provided lots of local knowledge. A clean, modern, secure property with a delightful garden situated in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of the sea, shops and restaurants. Highly recommended, one of a very few properties we will visit again.

Hi
We stayed at the property in the first week of April 2019. House very modern and clean. We visited to play golf in the region and spend time on the beach, great location for this. Weather was good so was able to make good use of the nice garden. We hired bikes so it was only a 5 minute ride to the beautiful beach at Stella plague, and about 20 minutes into Le Touquet. Some nice restaurants close by. The owner Frederic was very friendly and helpful. Certainly hope to return.
