Well located away from the loud party scene while still being within walking distance to SO much in Ho Chi Minh. Great food and coffee right across the road. 24hr GS25 and MINI STOP convenience stores right around the corner. 7 minute walk from Ben Thanh walking street. Clean and mould free. Aircon is good and cold. Fridge stays on even without the card in the slot so drinks and ice(if you prepare it in the ice trays provided) when you get back to the rooms. Be sure to contact the front desk with an arrival time, then confirm before your arrival if you are struggling with Viet heat to ensure someone is at reception and you aren't kept waiting. Little electric hot plates and cooking supplies. Microwave, cutlery and rubbish bin in the cupboard. Closets and drawers are large and clean Overall I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone staying in Ho Chi Minh who just want the basics, somewhere quiet to sleep and easy to get around from. Great to explore the city by foot and find new hidden gems no matter what direction you choose.

Reception didn't have the air conditioner or a fan on so was uncomfortable while checking in No coffee mugs Had to wait on the street in the extreme heat and humidity upon arrival despite including arrival time via booking.com

Great location, big room with a big window.

A little bit old with some dirt marks but it was fine, still worth the money.

I liked where it was located we had a little kitchen Nette it’s a perfect place for a couple of nights. Nothing too special. The host was very helpful, very polite and always answering our questions very quickly.

There was some mould in the shower and quite a bit of dust and dirt behind the bed and a few stains on the sheets other than that we had a comfortable stay . It was a little bit pricey for what it was but. But it did the job for three nights.
